In this article, we’ll walk through how to assign the HR Admin role in 15Five. HR admins in 15Five have the same permissions as Account Admins, plus additional access across key strategic features. This includes visibility into the HR Outcomes Dashboard, access to demographic attributes and reporting, and the ability to manage and view results for both Engagement campaigns and Best-Self Review® cycles. Only Account Admins can assign or remove the HR Admin role.

Make someone an HR admin 👩💼
- Click People in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.
- Use the search bar on the right-hand side of the screen to search for the name of the employee you want to assign a role to.
- Click on the name of the employee to open their account settings page.
- Scroll down to the "Permissions" section of the employee's account settings page and check the box next to "HR administrator."

Save your changes.
- The person will immediately be granted HR admin permissions and will appear with an "HR admin" badge on the Manage people page.
