👥 Account admins and HR admins can create and manage custom tracks.
Admins can create custom tracks for Manager Accelerator participants. Creating custom tracks allows admins to select which topics they want participants to complete and the order they want participants to complete topics in. Once a custom track is created, admins can assign the track to different learning journeys so cohorts of participants can go through the track.
Custom tracks can be more focused on specific topics or designed to match milestones within your organization— making it easier for you to align learning with your company's outcomes. So let's get started!
In this article, you will learn...

Glossary of terms
- A Learning Journey is exactly what it sounds like— a journey of learning that a person/people go through, facilitated by 15Five's Transform Team. Journeys are made up of tracks.
- A Track is a collection of topics whose purpose is to drive a specific goal. We offer recommended tracks (which is a set of courses in an order that we recommend to help drive specific learning outcomes) and the ability for admins to create custom tracks (which is addressed in this article).
- A Topic is a course that covers a specific topic. For example: in our "Strengths & Career Vision" topic course, participants learn how to identify, cultivate, and leverage their strengths, values, and passions to ultimately build an aligned vision for their career growth. Topics are combined to create a track.
Now that you're familiar with the Transform lingo, let's dive into creating and utilizing custom tracks.

- Remove a topic by clicking the X icon to its right.
- Add additional topics by clicking + Add topics and pushing the button to the topic's left in the Topic Library drawer.
