Add an item to my direct report's wins & challenges

'Wins & challenges' is a private section of 15Five that allows you to collect a list of your employee's biggest wins and toughest challenges, making reflection easier down the road. You can add items from your direct reports' Check-ins to their wins & challenges or directly from within the person's profile. This functionality makes it easy to recall your direct reports' successes and roadblocks when it comes time to fill out a manager review or hold a meeting.

Add wins & challenges for my direct report 🧑‍💻

Managers can add wins & challenges for their direct reports either from the person's profile page or while reviewing their Check-in.

✏️

Note

Managers cannot see the personal wins & challenges their direct report adds for themselves. They can, however, populate their own set of wins & challenges for that person. The wins & challenges added by the manager are only visible to the manager.
