She is most passionate about working as an employee engagement partner to C-suite executives through the lens of positive psychology and action-oriented strategies. A former HR professional herself, she's advised hundreds of leaders as a strategic consultant in the employee engagement and human resources space. Chaunel Johnson (she/her) has more than a decade of experience as a strategic HR business partner working alongside business leaders and senior executives navigating the complexities of employee engagement and workplace culture. Her personal goal is to partner with her clients to provide the most practical approaches to improving employee engagement and business outcomes.

LA Ebert (they/them) is a highly accomplished HR professional with a diverse background, having held people leadership positions across various sectors including nonprofits, healthcare, technology, finance, education, transportation, construction, retail, and hospitality. As a Board Member at large for the Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana, they actively contribute to advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives in the region. With over two decades of experience, LA's personal goal is to facilitate the creation of exceptional employee experiences that drive strategic business impacts, recognizing the pivotal role of engaged and empowered employees in organizational success.
