LA Ebert (they/them) is a highly accomplished HR professional with a diverse background, having held people leadership positions across various sectors including nonprofits, healthcare, technology, finance, education, transportation, construction, retail, and hospitality. As a Board Member at large for the Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana, they actively contribute to advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives in the region. With over two decades of experience, LA's personal goal is to facilitate the creation of exceptional employee experiences that drive strategic business impacts, recognizing the pivotal role of engaged and empowered employees in organizational success.
