Purchase Compensation
To purchase Compensation, please fill out this form and a member of 15Five's Sales Team will be in contact.
Once you've purchased Compensation, the Compensation feature will appear in 15Five's main left-hand navigation of all admins. If desired, you can extend visibility in Compensation feature settings.
Manage Compensation feature settings
Account admins can manage Compensation feature settings by following the steps below:
- Click on the settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of your 15Five account.
- Select 'Features' from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Compensation."
- From this page, you can customize who has access to Compensation. Options are: Admins only, Admins and Managers, and Everyone.
- If desired, you can also disable the Compensation feature by selecting the "Disable" option. Disabling Compensation will remove it from users' 15Five navigation. Your historical data will be preserved and available upon reactivation.
- When you're done, click Save.
