Once peers are nominated for review cycle participants, those nominated peers are tasked with either accepting or declining their nominations. If you notice a peer hasn't responded to a nomination as you track the status of peer nominations, you can send them a custom email using the steps below.

Nudge a peer
- Click on Best-Self Review® in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Open the review cycle you want to nominate peer reviewers for.
- Click on the 'Peer nominations' tab at the top of your page.
- If you're a manager in the review cycle, you'll land on the "Manage peers for your team" page. To view peer nominations for all review cycle participants, open the "Everyone's Peers" tab.

Use the search bar at the top of the page to find the participant whose peer nominations you want to check.
- Click on the arrow to the right of the participant whose peer hasn't responded.
- Click Nudge next to the person you want to notify.
- Type your message, then click Send email.
- The person will receive an email notification from notifications@15five.com titled, "Nudge: don't forget to accept or decline peer nominations you received!"
