15Five's new and improved HR Outcomes Dashboard helps leaders measure impact, get insights, and rally managers to take action— all in one place. With new capabilities like dynamic visualizations, trending data, AI-synthesized insights, and the ability to filter data by demographic attributes and assign actions directly to managers, this enhanced dashboard serves as HR’s strategic command center to measure and drive impact in your organization.

Access and availability

Access and Key Components

  1. Click Outcomes Dashboard in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.

  2. You're now on the Outcomes Dashboard. Here, you'll see two tabs: Dashboard and Recommendations.

  3. The Dashboard tab contains the following sections:
    Filters

    By default, this tab contains information for your entire company. The filters at the top of the page allow you to see results for specific cohorts of people. Multiple filters can be applied to customize your view and allow you to dig into data.

    • The Groups filter allows you to view outcomes data for members of specific groups or manager hierarchies. The dropdown menu is organized by group types.
    • The Demographic data filter allows you to view outcomes data for cohorts of individuals based on demographic attributes. Available options are: Age, Ethnicity, Gender, Race, Salary, and Tenure.
    Outcome Scorecards

    The outcome Scorecards show you the latest scores for Manager Effectiveness, Engagement, Performance, and Turnover. You can also view trending data, dig into the data that goes into each score, and access quick links to in-depth options.

    Action Areas

    This section shows you insights and recommended actions— based on your organization's data— that you can take to drive employee performance, engagement, and retention at scale through managers. Actions can include on-demand Transform courses, 15Five platform actions, 1-on-1 talking points, and more. In this section, you can also assign bulk actions directly to managers.

    Data Insights

    Dig into trending data for each outcome. Explore how individual managers are performing in each outcome, discuss or share insights with other leaders, and take direct action to drive outcomes performance.

  4. The Recommendations tab contains the following sections:
    Filter

    By default, this tab contains all recommendations for your company. The filters at the top of the page allow you to see recommendations for specific cohorts of people. Multiple filters can be applied to customize your view and allow you to dig into data.

    • The Outcome or Theme filter allows you to view recommendations proven to drive specific outcomes or themes. Outcomes are Engagement, Performance, and Retention. Themes are things you can focus on to improve outcomes and include Productivity, Career Growth, Goals, Feedback, Theamwork, Performanace, Engagement, and Turnover risk.
    • The Groups filter allows you to view recommendations for specific groups or manager hierarchies.
    Recommendations

    View nsights-based recommendations that you can focus on to improve outcomes performance in your organization. In this section, you can access recommended actions, view which managers are included in specific recommendations, and share insights with other leaders in your organization.
