Note
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to access 15Five and doesn't have password login enabled, you will not be able to change employee passwords in 15Five. Please make any desired changes in your Identity Provider (IdP).
Reset an employee's password
- Click on the Settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of 15Five.
- Select 'People' from the dropdown menu.
- You'll land on the 'Manage people' page. From here, use the filters or search bar at the top of the page to search for the person whose settings you want to edit.
- Click a person's name to open their account settings page.
- Click Change next to the "Password" field. You can also check the box next to "Require password change" if you want the employee to be required to change their password the next time they log into 15Five.
- Type the new password. When you're done, click Change password.
