In this article, we'll walk through how to resend an engagement survey invitation to an employee. An employee's engagement survey invitation contain the unique link they need to access and complete the survey. If an employee reports that they didn't receive an email, or if you want to give them a nudge to complete their survey in addition to notifications already sent out during an engagement campaign, you can follow the steps below to resend their invitation.

Resend an engagement survey invitation

  1. Click Engagement in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation to open the Engage Portal.

  2. You'll be taken to the "Engagement Campaigns" page. Click on the name of the Active campaign you need to resend invites for.

  3. You're now on the Campaign page. From here, click View participants in the top, right-hand corner of the screen.

  4. Locate the person you want to resend an invite to using the search bar, located in the top, right-hand corner of the Participants list.

  5. Next, click the 🔄 icon the right of the participant's name.

  6. A message will appear at the bottom of your screen confirming that the invitation was sent successfully.
