After your engagement survey ends, you can download detailed results directly from 15Five. Admins and users with results access can export insights like engagement scores, statement breakdowns, and employee feedback for further analysis.

Note
The available downloads are applicable for admins and limited access leaders, but the information within the downloads will be dependent on your results access.
Before you begin
Make sure your engagement results have finished processing and that you have the correct results access permissions.
Download options overview
Once you’ve opened your engagement results, you can choose from up to 10 downloadable reports. Each report reflects any filters you’ve applied. See the available downloads below:
📊 Engagement tab
Engagement Trend Report
Click the download icon in the Engagement Trend section to generate a CSV file showing:

Engagement score and total responses from your last four surveys

Any filters applied at the time of download
Engagement Breakdown and Statements Reports
Click the download icon in the Engagement Breakdown section, then choose one of the following:
Engagement Breakdown Report
Generates a CSV file with:

Group names and engagement scores
-
Change from previous survey
-
Total responses and response rate
-
Distribution across engagement levels (disengaged → extremely engaged)
Engagement Statements Report
Generates a CSV file with:

Seven engagement statements
-
Group names and percentile rankings
-
Average response and distribution (unfavorable, neutral, favorable, no response)

Total responses and response rate

Predictive Impact Model Reports
You can download reports from either the table view or heatmap view.
Table view download
Exports a CSV file that includes:

Statement, driver, and predictive impact score

Percentile ranking and average response
-
Distribution (unfavorable → favorable)

Total responses and response rate
Note
If Show full answer distribution is turned on, responses display from Strongly disagree → Strongly agree. If it’s off, responses show by favorability (unfavorable → favorable).
Heatmap view download
Generates a CSV file that includes:

Engagement and predictive impact scores for all survey statements

Data filtered according to your current selections
Other Statements Report
If your campaign included a Manager Effectiveness, pre-built 15Five, or custom survey, you can download those results as well.
The CSV file includes:

Note
Percentiles aren’t available for custom surveys.

eNPS Trend Report
Click the download icon in the eNPS Trend section to export a CSV with:

Generates a CSV file containing:

Feedback Report
Click the download icon in the Feedback section to generate a CSV that includes:
