Compared to Last Survey Report
Click the download icon to generate a CSV file comparing your engagement score, percentile, total number of participants, and response rate to your last survey. This report will reflect any filters you have selected.
Engagement Trend Report
Clicking the download icon in the engagement trend section will generate a CSV file with the engagement score and total response count from your last four engagement surveys. This report will reflect any filters you have selected.
Engagement Breakdown Report
Upon clicking the download icon within the engagement breakdown section, you will be prompted to select whether you want to download the engagement breakdown report, or the engagement statements report. Both reports will reflect any filters you have selected.
- Download engagement breakdown: This will generate a CSV file that contains the name of the groups in the group type you are comparing by, the group's engagement score, the change from the last survey, total responses, overall response rate, and the distribution of respondents in the five levels of engagement (disengaged, somewhat engaged, moderately engaged, highly engaged, extremely engaged).
- Download engagement statements: This will generate a CSV file that contains information on the seven statements that make up the engagement score. This download will include the group name, statements, percentile ranking for that statement, average response to the statement, distribution (unfavorable, neutral, favorable, and no response), total responses, and response rate.
Predictive Impact Model Reports
Within the Predictive Impact model section, you can download the statements from the table view or the heatmap view.
Downloading with the table view selected will generate a CSV file that contains the statement, the statement's driver, the predictive impact score, percentile ranking, average response to the statement, favorability (unfavorable, neutral, favorable, no response), total responses, and response rate. This report will reflect any filters you have selected.
Note
Clicking the toggle for show full answer distribution will show the answer distribution as shown in the survey (strongly disagree to strongly agree) whereas if the toggle for show full answer distribution is off, the report will show the responses by favorability (unfavorable to favorable).
Downloading with the heatmap view selected will generate a CSV file that allows you to see the engagement score and predictive impact score for all statements from 15Five's engagement survey. This report will download the heatmap and results by the filters you have selected.
Other Statements Report
If your campaign included the Manager Effectiveness survey, other pre-built 15Five surveys, or a custom survey that you created, you can also download that information. The CSV file will contain information related to the statement, average response, percentile, favorability, total responses, and response rate. Please note that the percentile will not be available for custom surveys.
eNPS Trend Report
Clicking the download icon in the eNPS trend section will generate a CSV file that will provide the following information for up to your four most recent surveys: eNPS score, number of detractors, number of passives, number of promoters, and total responses.
eNPS Breakdown Report
This download will generate a CSV file that contains the group in the group type by which you're comparing, the eNPS score, change in eNPS since prior survey, number of detractors, passives, and promoters, total responses, and response rate.
This download will be reflective of the filters you selected when viewing the results.
Feedback Report
Clicking the download icon in the feedback report will generate a CSV file containing the feedback from any filters you selected, as well as the related driver and statement, sentiment of the feedback, and the verbatim feedback itself.
