After an engagement survey closes, individuals with results visibility can begin exploring the data to identify key trends. This article walks you through how to access your campaign results— so you can get started with analysis.

How to access engagement campaign results 👀
There are two options for accessing results: using the Engagement tab or from the HR Outcomes Dashboard. Both processes are covered below.
Note
This option is only available for individuals who are assigned access to the HR Outcomes Dashboard. If you don't see the Outcomes Dashboard tab in your main, left-hand navigation, you must access results via the Engagement tab.
- Click Outcomes Dashboard in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.
- Click 🔍 Explore latest campaign at the bottom of the Engagement Scorecard.
- The results from your most recent engagement campaign appear by default. To view a different campaign, click the campaign name at the top and select your desired campaign from the drop-down menu.
- Click on Engagement in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.
If you're an admin, click Surveys and then Engagement. - Scroll down to the "Completed Campaigns" section and select the engagement campaign you'd like to view results for.
- You're now on the "Campaign summary" page. To view a different campaign, click the campaign name at the top and select your desired campaign from the drop-down menu.
