This article walks through how to pull a custom report on High Fives. This report allows you to see all high fives given and received by individuals in your organization and contains the following columns: First name, Last name, Employee email, Manager first name, Manager last name, Date submitted, High five Creator, Comments.

Note

Account admins can pull a report containing high fives given/received by everyone in your organization. Managers can pull a report containing high fives given/received by individuals in their hierarchy. Private High Fives are not included in custom reports.


How to pull a custom High Fives report 🧑‍💻

  1. Click Outcomes Dashboard or Dashboard in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation. The option you see in your navigation will differ based on your 15Five pricing plan.

  2. Open the "Platform Reports" tab using the top navigation.

  3. Click Explore in the Custom Reports block.

  4. On the next screen, select the "High Fives" option.

  5. Select desired options for the following filters:
    • Who is included in the report? Everyone or Specific Groups and Individuals.
    • What type of High Fives are included in the report? High Fives Given, High Fives Received, or Both.
    • Time frame: Last week, Last month, Last 3/6 months, Last year, or Custom.
    • Would you like to include comments? Yes or No.
  6. Once you're done, click Generate report.

  7. The Custom Report Results will open up in your browser.

    Tip

    If at any time you navigate away from a Custom Report and need to reopen it, you can access it from the "Custom Reports" list.

  8. Use the icons in the top corner of the Results box to edit, delete, or favorite the report.

    Note

    Favoriting a report moves it to the top of the "Custom Reports" list.

  9. Click the Print or Download button in the top, right-hand corner of the report to either print or download results.

    The columns included in the CSV download are: First name, Last name, Employee email, Manager first name, Manager last name, Date submitted, High five Creator, Comments.
