Account administrators and direct managers can see the '1-on-1s' dashboard to view usage stats for 1-on-1s. The '1-on-1s' dashboard provides insight into which people and teams are holding 1-on-1s, how often they are being performed, and whether they are being ended. The 1-on-1 content cannot be viewed in the dashboard, but you can understand 1-on-1s activity using the data.
