Objectives and Key Results are an important component of employee success and achievement. The Objectives feature can be enabled or disabled at the company level by an account administrator.
Disable the Objectives feature
1. Click on the Settings menu at the upper right corner of your 15Five account.
2. Select Features from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on 'Objectives'.
4. To disable objectives, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Disable objectives.
Re-enable the Objectives feature
1. Click on the Settings menu at the upper right corner of your 15Five account.
2. Select Features from the dropdown menu.
3. Click 'Features overview'.
4. Scroll down to the 'Objectives' section.
