Objectives and Key Results are an important component of employee success and achievement. The Objectives feature can be enabled or disabled at the company level by a Company Admin. Enabling this feature will allow anyone in the company to create objectives.

Enable Objectives
1. Click on 'Settings' from the left navigation.
2. Click on 'Features' to expand the feature settings.
3. Last, click on 'Objectives'.
4. Configure Objectives by clicking into each tab and selecting the desired settings.

NOTE ✏️ : If your company uses an alternative name for objectives, you can rename the Objectives feature in the Objectives configuration, as well.
Disable Objectives
1. Click on 'Settings' from the left navigation.
2. Click on 'Features' to expand the feature settings.
3. Last, click on 'Objectives'.
4. Scroll down to the last setting, expand the section, and click 'Disable Objectives'.
