Manual reminders can't be sent out until the day after a Check-in is due.
How to send past-due reminders to your team 🧑💻
- Click on Check-ins from the left navigation.
- Open the "Team's" tab using the top navigation.
- To send a reminder email for your direct reports to submit past-due current Check-ins, click Remind [#] people at the top of the "Team's current Check-ins" section. This button will only appear if you have direct reports whose most recent Check-ins are past due.
- To send a reminder to submit a historical Check-in, click Team's history in the top, right-hand corner of the "Team's current Check-ins" section.
Check-in periods with unsubmitted Check-ins will appear with an orange circle to their right. Click on the Check-in dates to open a list of your direct reports' Check-ins for that period.
You can tell which direct reports haven't submitted their Check-in by the "Not submitted" note in the "Submit date" column. To send them a reminder, click ... to the right of their name and select "Send a reminder."
- A pop-up window will appear. If desired, customize the reminder email by clicking What to include a personal message?
- When you're done, click Send reminder.

An email notification similar to the one below will be sent out to selected individuals:
Subject: Reminder to submit your Check-in
Recipients can access the Check-in by clicking Complete your Check-in.

Assuming that the direct report has their Check-in reminders enabled in their notification settings, auto reminders are sent out: the day before a Check-in is due, the day the Check-in is due, and the day after a Check-in was due—if it was never submitted.
