You have introduced 15Five to your team, and are ready to get everyone invited. There are a few things you should know before adding your team. Invites will expire after 30 days. If the invite expires, you will need to reactivate the user from the 'Manage people' section of 15Five. Invites will be sent immediately, and cannot be delayed for a later rollout date. After a user is invited, you will be unable to edit their profile temporarily. Maybe you added the wrong reviewer, due day, or misspelled their name; you can update these fields after the invite is accepted.
15Five will not charge for invited/new users until the invite is accepted and the user becomes active. Billing for the new user(s) is prorated based on activated date and the time left in your current subscription period.
Quick options to add people
Invite from 'Manage people' (easiest for inviting a few people)
1. Click on your avatar or profile picture in the upper right corner.
2. Select 'Manage people'.
3. Click 'Invite people' at the upper right of your page.
4. Set up a new user profile under 'Add new person' screen and send an invitation to join.
If you receive a notice that says "User with this email already exists", that means the user's email is in the system already and they just need to be reactivated.
Invite from 'Team 15Fives' (easiest for managers to add to their own team)
1. Click on the tab '15Fives'.
2. Select 'Team 15Fives'.
3. Scroll down to 'Add Teammates' section and add the email address to invite.
If a user is already in the system, but is assigned to another Reviewer, you will need to contact your administrators to have them switched over to you.
Bulk import invites (easiest for initial invites)
CSV import file must include email address. All other fields are optional. If you are hoping to have your whole team imported and added to groups in the same step, you will need to create a group first (see this help article).
1. Click on your avatar or profile picture at the top right.
2. Select 'Manage people'.
3. Select 'Import' on your left hand side navigation.
You can also click the dropdown arrow next to 'Invite people' and you will see an 'Import from CSV option'.
4. Select 'Choose file' and find the file on your computer. Then import.
If you need a quick formatted CSV file to work from, click here to download your current user export.
If you would still like the option to invite from within 15Five, there is a setting that can be enabled to allow for this. Again, we still allow customers using SCIM to invite people via 15Five, but you'll have to enable this setting in your SCIM integration settings in-app.
