Download your review summary for any current or past review cycle. Your results must be finalized before you can download them.

Download your review summary
- Click Best-Self Review® in the main left navigation. If your company has renamed this feature, click its alternative name.
- Click the name of the review cycle you want to download results for.
- Open your review results. If you don't have a managerial or administrative role in the cycle, your results appear by default. Otherwise, use the filter to find your own results.
- On the Summary tab, click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select Print. In the print dialog, set the destination to "Save as PDF" to download a PDF copy.
Note: Managers, admins, and cycle collaborators will also see Download summary as CSV, Download summary as PDF, and Download summary as XLSX options in this menu.
