View my team's/everyone's Check-ins

You may already know that top-tier reviewers (CEOs, C Levels, VPs, HR Managers, etc.) can see the Check-ins of anyone below them in the reporting chain by default. To learn more about this default visibility, see this article. However, you might not know how to view them. This article will walk you through how to access the Check-ins of everyone you have permission to view.

View my team's Check-ins via drill-down

1. Click on Check-ins from the left navigation.

2. Click on the 'Team Check-ins' tab.

3. A list of your immediate direct reports for the current reporting period will appear.

4. Direct reports who manage teams of their own, will have a "+" to the left of their name. Click the + to expand the view and see all direct reports under each person.

5. From the expanded view, click on the name of the individual whose Check-in you would like to see. You can also click ... and then View Check-in.
