Whoops— you closed or archived an objective that should still be open! Or maybe you closed an objective that you thought would have no additional progress, but now you need to update the objective. No worries— 15Five makes it easy to reopen objectives so you can continue making updates.

Reopen a closed or archived objective

  1. Click Objectives in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation to open the Objectives Dashboard.

  2. Use the filters at the top of the page to find the objective you want to reopen.

    Tip

    Select Closed or Archived in the 'Objective state' filter to see all closed/archived objectives

  3. Click on the name of the objective to open its details page.Open-OKR.png
  4. Click the gear icon in the objective's title box, then select Unarchive objective from the dropdown menu.

  5. Reopening an objective will cause the following events to occur:
    • Your objective will be reopened with the last known status, progress, metrics, etc.
    • The objective will again appear on the 'All objectives' page under either Current objectives or Past due objectives.
    • The action of reopening/unarchiving your objective will appear in the objective's Activity feed.
