1-on-1s dashboard & reports

Are managers holding 1-on-1s with their direct reports? Are people holding 1-on-1s with each other? What about action items and talking points? The answers to these questions and more can be found within 1-on-1s reporting. The 1-on-1s dashboard gives you insight into the usage of 1-on-1s from an individual, group, or company level.

Note

Account administrators and reviewers can see all data for everyone in the company within 1-on-1s reporting. 1-on-1s content is only available to the two people who participated in the 1-on-1 and is not available in Reporting.

1-on-1s dashboard

The 1-on-1s dashboard is composed of three graphs representing 1-on-1 usage: Overall 1-on-1 rate, 1-on-1s with reviewers, 1-on-1s with others. To view each graph, click on the percentages to the left of the graph.

  • Overall 1-on-1 rate: % of people who had participated in at least one 1-on-1 during the selected time frame
  • 1-on-1s with reviewers: % of people who had participated in at least one 1-on-1 with their reviewer during the selected time frame
  • 1-on-1s with others: % of people who had participated in at least one 1-on-1 with someone other than their reviewer during the selected time frame

Also included on the main 1-on-1s dashboard are Individuals and Groups metrics. Whether you click on See full report under the Overall 1-on-1 rate graph or in the Individuals or Groups sections, you will be taken to the same report; 1-on-1s report: Metrics.

Note

In order for the meeting to be considered as "held", the reviewer must schedule, hold, AND end the meeting within the selected time frame.


1-on-1s report: Metrics

To accompany the 1-on-1s dashboard, there is a group/individuals metrics report that allows you to dive deeper into the usage and completion data regarding 1-on-1s. To get to the metrics report, click on See full report from your 1-on-1s dashboard. 

Data in the 1-on-1s report: Metrics:

  • Name
  • Reviewer
  • Total 1-on-1s: The total number of 1-on-1s that were scheduled within the selected period of time and are marked as ended
  • 1-on-1s with reviewer: The total number of 1-on-1s with a reviewer that was scheduled within the selected period of time and are marked as ended
  • Last 1-on-1 with reviewer: The amount of time since the last ended 1-on-1 with their reviewer
  • Avg time between 1-on-1s with reviewer: The average amount of time between ended  1-on-1s with their reviewer during the selected period of time
  • 1-on-1s with others: The total number of 1-on-1s that were scheduled with someone other than their reviewer within the selected period of time and are marked as ended
  • Avg talking points per 1-on-1: The average number of talking points from ended 1-on-1s; Total number of talking points created / total of 1-on-1s that have been ended
  • % of talking points completed: The percentage of talking points from ended 1-on-1s that have been marked complete
  • Avg action items per 1-on-1: The average number of action items from ended 1-on-1s; Total number of action items created / total of 1-on-1s that have been ended
  • % of action items completed: The percentage of action items from ended 1-on-1s that have been marked complete
  • Last seen: The last time the individual was active in 15Five (not available on group view)

Since 1-on-1s are private to the two participating people, the 1-on-1s dashboard and reports do not contain actual 1-on-1 content.
