Enable the Microsoft Teams integration

1. Click on the Settings gear in the top right-hand corner of 15Five.
   
2. Select 'Integrations' from the dropdown menu.
   
3. Click Enable to the right of the Microsoft Teams option.
   
4. Confirm that you would like to enable the integration by clicking on the orange Enable Microsoft Teams button.
5. Look for the green banner confirming the integration has been enabled.
   

View and give High Fives in Microsoft Teams

Once the Microsoft Teams integration is enabled, anyone within your organization can take the steps below to view and give high fives in Microsoft Teams.

1. Open the 15Five app from the top navigation bar of Microsoft Teams.
2. Click Sign in to your account, then use your 15Five credentials to sign in. 
3. After signing in, the 15Five tab in Microsoft Teams will show High Fives.

Why am I seeing an error in Microsoft Teams that says, "Uh oh! Something went wrong"?

You're seeing this error because either 1) the High Fives feature isn't enabled in your company's 15Five account, or 2) the High Five Feed isn't enabled in High Fives feature settings. Please make sure both of these tools are enabled and try refreshing the page.
