15Five AI App for Microsoft Teams

The 15Five AI app for Microsoft Teams delivers real-time notifications for 15Five features — including Kona, 1-on-1s, and more — directly to your Teams workspace.

Requirements:
  • An active 15Five account with a current subscription
  • A Microsoft Teams account with the same email address used for 15Five
✏️

Note

Your Microsoft Teams email address must exactly match the email address on your 15Five account. If your emails don't match, the app won't be able to connect your accounts and you won't receive notifications.

Steps to add 15Five AI app to Microsoft Teams:

  1. Install the 15Five AI app
  2. Search for 15Five AI in the Microsoft Teams App Store.
  3. Click Add to install the app. Your Teams admin may need to approve the app for your organization first.
  4. The app will automatically match your account using your email address — no additional sign-in is required.
  5. You'll start receiving 15Five notifications in Teams right away.
Troubleshooting the 15Five AI app
I'm not receiving notifications in Teams. Confirm that your Microsoft Teams email matches your 15Five account email exactly. If your emails match and you're still not receiving notifications, contact support@15five.com.

My Teams email is different from my 15Five email. Contact your 15Five administrator to update your email in 15Five, or reach out to support@15five.com for help.

I don't have a 15Five account. An active 15Five account is required to use this app. Reach out to your company's HR or People Operations team to request access.

Troubleshooting MS Teams issues

Why don't I see the 15Five app in Microsoft Teams?
If you've already installed Microsoft Teams on 15Five's website by following the steps outlined above, this is likely an issue on Microsoft's end, potentially dealing with how your company has the Microsoft Teams integration set up. Here's an article from Microsoft's Help Center that walks through troubleshooting and resolving this issue. If you need to contact Microsoft's Support Team, you can do so via this link.
Why am I seeing an error in Microsoft Teams that says, "Uh oh! Something went wrong"?
You're seeing this error because either 1) the High Fives feature isn't enabled in your company's 15Five account, or 2) the High Five Feed isn't enabled in High Fives feature settings. Please make sure both of these tools are enabled and try refreshing the page. image.png
