Download a person's review results

This article walks through how to access a person's review summary, which contains all answers provided about them in a review cycle.

Access a person's review results

  1. Click on Best-Self Review® in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.

  2. Click on the name of the review cycle you want to view reviews in.

  3. You're now on the review cycle's Overview page. Scroll down to the filter section, located under your review to-dos. Here, you'll see the following dropdown options:
    • Me: This option will pull up your own review results.
    • My team: This option will pull up review results for your direct reports.
    • Everyone (only available to select people with additional viewing permissions): This option will pull up review results for everyone whose review results you have permission to view.

  4. Apply the appropriate filter for the person whose review results you want to download, then click the ... to the right of their name and select 'View' from the dropdown to open their review results.

  5. This will open up the participant's review results page. Navigate between the tabs below the name header to see answers from submitted reviews. The 'Summary' tab contains all answers from submitted reviews.

  6. To view another person's results, select that person's name from the dropdown menu in the left-hand, 'All participants' section of the page.

Role-based permissions for viewing results

  • Review admins can view all submitted reviews in any review cycle.
  • Cycle collaborators can view all submitted reviews in review cycles they're assigned as cycle collaborators in.
  • Managers can view all submitted reviews written about their direct reports.
  • Additional managers can view all submitted reviews written about people they're assigned as an additional manager for.
  • Review viewers can view all submitted reviews written about people they're assigned as a review viewer for.
  • Review cycle participants can view their own review results once results are shared with them.
