View your team's results
- Navigate to the performance review you need to see results for and click on 'Team's Results' tab:
- You will see several ways to view your team's results based on what was included in the review cycle. For example:
- In each tab, there is a People dropdown where you can view results as one of the following:
- Your direct reports
- An individual direct report
- Hierarchy *
- Or other group/department types you have visibility into

* This option is only available if an admin has enabled the Hierarchy visibility setting in your Best-Self Review® feature settings.
