As an admin or manager, you may want to see who is included in your engagement campaigns and make adjustments to the participant list. This article explains how to view campaign participants, understand their status, and manage participation if updates are needed.

View Engagement Campaign participants
1. Navigate to the Campaigns Dashboard and click on the three dots next to the campaign you want to view to Edit a campaign:
2. Scroll down to the 'Who do you want to participate' section, where you will see the number of participants. Click View participants:

Troubleshooting and Support
If the system prevents manual inclusion or exclusion of participants, or you encounter any errors related to survey participation, consider these steps:

Including Participants Manually
If an employee is accidentally excluded from a survey, you may be able to include them manually. Ensure the following conditions are met:

The engagement campaign must be set to include everyone.

Employees’ seat statuses must be billed.
-
Their profiles must be configured to receive surveys. If manual inclusion still isn’t possible, document the issue by taking screenshots of any error messages and submit them to the technical support team for further assistance.
Impact of Excluding Participants Who Already Responded
If a participant who has already submitted responses is excluded from the survey, their responses will also be removed from the survey results. Consider this carefully before excluding participants, as it might affect the data integrity of your results.
Excluding Participants
To exclude a participant from an active Engagement Survey, follow these steps:

Open the survey and click the three dots ("More options") in the survey menu.

Select Edit Campaign.

Scroll down and click View participants.

In the participant management pop-up, search for the individual's name.

Click the three dots next to their name and select Exclude from campaign.
