What Is the Kona Users Group?

The Kona Users group is an automatic company group in 15Five that always reflects which employees currently have access to AI Coach – Kona.

Here’s what makes it useful:

  • Always accurate: Group membership adjusts automatically based on Kona access.

  • No admin work required: You don’t need to manually add or remove people.

  • Source of truth: Because it’s system-managed, it’s the most reliable way to track Kona users.

Unlike other groups, it doesn’t require setup or maintenance. Membership is automatically updated whenever a person is added, deactivated, or deleted in your account.
