Exclude Scheduled Lifecycle Surveys

Once you've scheduled Lifecycle surveys, you may find that some recipients no longer need to receive them. With the new Exclude option, admins can now remove upcoming scheduled surveys before they’re sent — giving you more control and flexibility in managing your survey workflows.

How to Exclude Scheduled Lifecycle Surveys 📝

When reviewing your list of upcoming Lifecycle surveys, you’ll now see an Exclude option for each scheduled survey. Excluding prevents the survey from being delivered to recipients you don’t want to receive it.

To exclude a scheduled survey:

  1. Navigate to either the Lifecycle Overview dashboard.

  2. Locate the list of upcoming scheduled surveys.

  3. Find and click the survey you’d like to exclude.

  4. Click the Exclude button next to the name of the user you'd like to exclude:

📌 Once excluded, the survey will not be sent to the intended recipients.

To re-include a survey:

If you change your mind, you can easily re-include a survey. Simply return to the same view, find the excluded survey, and click Re-include.
