This article explains how to resend or reset 15Five invitations to your team. When new users are added to 15Five, they appear in the Invited tab of the "Manage people" page. From this tab, you can send initial invitations if they weren’t sent right away, resend invitations that haven’t been accepted, or reset expired invitations. Note
Account admins can manage invitations for anyone in their organization, and managers can manage invitations for people in their managerial hierarchy.
How to Resend or Reset Invitations 🧑💻
- Click People in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.
- Open the Invited tab at the top of the page. This tab includes employees who have been added to the platform but haven’t accepted their invitation yet, including those who haven’t been sent one.
- The Invited tab has three sections:

Created people: Employees whose accounts were created but haven’t been sent an invite email.

Pending invitations: Employees who were sent invite emails but haven’t accepted them yet.

Expired invitations: Employees whose invite links expired (after 30 days without being accepted).

📧 To send an initial invitation (if one wasn’t sent during user creation), check the box next to the appropriate person(s) in the Created people section, then select "Send invitation" from the dropdown menu.

🔁 To resend an invitation, check the box next to the person(s) in the Pending invitations or Expired invitations sections and choose "Resend invitation" from the dropdown menu.

♻️ To reset an expiration date, check the box next to the person(s) in the Pending invitations section and select "Reset expiration date" from the dropdown menu. The invitation will expire after 30 days.
