Even small issues are worth reporting. They help us identify patterns and make Kona more reliable for everyone.

Tip
You may also see the "Report Kona Issue" option in Slack or email if Kona encounters an issue during your meeting. You can report from any of these channels.
What details to include
The more detail you share, the faster our team can investigate. Try to include:
- What you expected to happen: Example: “I expected Kona to join my 1-on-1 with Mike at 3:00 PM.”
- What actually happened: Example: “Kona did not join the meeting.”
- Meeting details: Include the meeting title, date, time, and participants.
- Kona setup: Confirm whether Kona was invited to the calendar event and whether it has joined similar meetings before. Was Kona invited to the calendar event? Has Kona joined meetings like this before?
- Additional context: Share anything that may have affected the meeting, such as a late start, an early end, or a calendar change.
Tip
The more detail you provide, the faster our team can diagnose and resolve the issue. Even details that seem minor — like a 2-minute late start — can be the key to understanding what went wrong.

- Kona was invited to the calendar event. Kona can only join meetings it has been invited to.
