With one-click access in the side navigation, employees can more easily understand how the organization is structured, onboard faster, and navigate between teams without jumping across multiple pages.

Access and availability

👥 This feature is available to all employees in the organization.
📦 Org Chart in the side navigation is available to customers on supported 15Five platform plans with Org Chart enabled.
Access the Org Chart
In the left sidebar, click Org Chart.
The Org Chart opens in a modal window on top of your current page, so you can explore the organization without losing your place.
What you can do in the Org Chart
Explore the company structure visually
View reporting lines and team relationships in an interactive chart layout.
You can:
- Expand or collapse teams
- Navigate up and down reporting chains
- Understand organizational structure at a glance
Switch to List View
Prefer a table format instead of a visual chart?
Use the List View toggle to see everyone in the company in a searchable list.
Search for employees
Use the search bar to quickly find people by:
- Name
- Job title
- Email address
- Department
Search results update in real time as you type.
View employee details
Click any person card to open a details drawer with additional information, without leaving the Org Chart.
Depending on permissions and available data, you may see:
- Role and department
- Manager relationships
- Tenure
- Direct reports
- Span of control
- HR Admin or Account Admin badges
Manage People Navigation
Because the Org Chart is now available directly in the sidebar, the standalone People page has moved.
You can now find it under:
Click the gear icon in the lower-left corner → Manage People
