Requirements
To use the 15Five AI app, you must have:
- An active 15Five account with a current subscription
- A Microsoft Teams account
- The same email address used for both Microsoft Teams and 15Five
✏️ Note
Your Microsoft Teams email address must exactly match the email address on your 15Five account. If the emails do not match, the app will not be able to connect your accounts and you will not receive notifications.
Install the 15Five AI app
Open the Microsoft Teams App Store - In Microsoft Teams, open the Apps section and search for 15Five AI. You can also access the app directly from the Microsoft Marketplace: 15Five AI for Microsoft Teams
Add the app - Click Add to install the app. Depending on your organization's Microsoft Teams settings, your Teams admin may need to approve the app before installation is complete.
Connect your account - The app automatically matches your Microsoft Teams account to your 15Five account using your email address.
No additional sign-in is required, once connected, you'll begin receiving 15Five notifications directly in Teams.
What notifications can I receive?
The 15Five AI app can deliver notifications for supported 15Five features, including:
- Kona notifications
- 1-on-1 reminders and updates
- Additional 15Five notifications as new features become available
Troubleshooting steps
First, confirm that your Microsoft Teams email address exactly matches your 15Five account email. If your emails match and you're still not receiving notifications, contact support@15five.com.
Contact your 15Five administrator to update your email address in 15Five. If you need additional help, contact support@15five.com.
An active 15Five account is required to use the Microsoft Teams app. Reach out to your company's HR or People Operations team to request access.
