Nicole (she/her) has 23+ years of leadership and management experience as a Marine Corps Officer. She completed 6 years of active duty, including 3 deployments to the Middle East, and currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserves. Nicole is the Executive Officer of Marine Aircraft Group 49.
In her civilian career, Nicole spent 4 years at Gallup helping organizations maximize their people potential, including 2 years as a Senior Consultant leading client accounts and 2 years as Country Manager for Australia & New Zealand.
