We understand that changes happen. If you need to change participants, dates, questions, notifications, or other factors of an upcoming engagement campaign, you can do at any point before it begins— even if the campaign has already been confirmed.

Make changes to an upcoming campaign
If you need to make changes to a campaign prior to it going live, follow the steps below.
- Click Engagement in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation to open the Engage Portal.
- You'll be taken to the "Engagement Campaigns" page. Click on the name of the campaign you need to make changes to.
- The Campaign Details page will open. From here, you can make changes to:
- Campaign Name
- Participants
- Cadence
- Surveys
- Schedule
- Reminders
