Communication Plan During the Survey

This article contains best practices to communicate and increase response rate during the survey.

  1. Specific Targeting: If you know your overall response rate is lagging, ask your Emplify representative for a response rate breakdown by team.
  2. Remind employees during scheduled meetings: If important team and company meetings occur on different days, make sure the survey is included on agendas throughout the week of survey flight.
  3. Send a Reminder Email: Send another reminder mid-flight via an internal communications tool or company-wide email.
  4. Carve Out Space to Take the Survey: Ask your managers to allow their teams to take 6 minutes as they arrive at the job site or office for the day to complete the survey.
