Employees that are participants in the engagement assessment will receive notifications to take the assessment. Depending on the notification type (email, SMS, or both) you have selected for your assessment, employees will receive notifications via email or text. All employees will receive a notification on the first day when the assessment begins. Employees that have not participated will receive reminders based on the reminder schedule your Engagement Admin set.
Below is an overview of what is sent to employees in each notification.
