Available with the 15Five Engagement Integration
When syncing data from 15Five, two group types will be created: Manager and Hierarchy.
Manager Group Type
Groups will be created for each active Reviewer/Manager in 15Five. The direct reports for that manager will be added as members in that group.
Viewing Results by Manager
Once an assessment has closed, any Manager groups that have at least five responses will have results available to view. Results will include:
- Engagement Score
- Driver Scores
Hierarchy Group Type
Groups will be created for each active Reviewer/Manager in 15Five that have direct and indirect reports. The direct and indirect reports for that manager will be added as members in that group.
Viewing Results by Hierarchy
Once an assessment has closed, any Hierarchy groups that have at least five responses will have results available to view. Results will include:
- Engagement Score
- Driver Scores
The Manager and Hierarchy groups can be viewed together through filters and the View By chart to view more details within a specific Hierarchy.
Manager Access to Results
Any manager in the "Manager" or "Hierarchy" group types will get limited access to the results for their team. This setting can be managed by going to Settings > Assessment Settings and updating the setting to "Give leaders access to their 'Manager' and 'Hierarchy' results".
