Apply filters. Start by applying filters at the top of the page to customize your view. You can filter by people (individuals or groups), Check-in frequency, and time frame.
PeopleThe ‘People’ filter lets you zero in on specific individuals or segments of your organization to view their Check-in review stats. It's organized into five sections:
- By your org: Your direct reports and hierarchy
- By individuals: All reviewers across the organization
- By direct reports: Review stats for a specific reviewer’s direct reports who are also reviewers
- By hierarchy: Review stats for all reviewers reporting up to a specific person
- By group: Review stats for all reviewers within a specific group. Groups are organized by group type.
For example, to see how Leah is reviewing her direct reports’ Check-ins, simply search for Leah by name. You can also view stats for Leah’s direct reports or her full hierarchy to understand how her broader team is performing with reviews.
Want to compare groups? Just search by group name to see how different teams or departments stack up in terms of review activity.
Check-in frequencyThis filter lets you narrow the report to show only Check-ins submitted on a specific cadence—weekly, every other week, or monthly. It's especially useful if your organization uses different Check-in schedules across teams and you want to compare review activity based on cadence. For example, you can filter to see how consistently monthly Check-ins are being reviewed versus weekly ones.
Time frameThe "Time frame" filter allows you to view reviewed Check-in data within a specific date range. You can choose from preset options like last month, last 3, 6, or 12 months, or select a custom date range to analyze review activity during a specific period that matters to your team.
- If you'd like to include currently active Check-ins with future due dates or those outside the review threshold, check the “Include active Check-in data” box.
- To dig deeper, use the "View by" filter in the upper-right corner of the report. This lets you break down the data by individuals or group types—making it easy to spot patterns across different teams or departments.
