Note

For employees to have the option to include company values in high fives, an account admin must first add company values to 15Five and turn on the "Enable hashtags in High Fives" setting in feature settings. Please refer to the FAQs at the bottom of this article for more information.


Include a company value hashtag in a high five 🧑‍💻

  1. Click High Fives in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation to open the High Fives Feed.

  2. Find the text box at the top of the screen under "Give a High Five" and begin typing your high five. As you're doing so, type the # symbol and all added company values will appear as options to include. Select your desired option.

  4. Company value hashtags will be included in the submitted high five.

You can see a list of high fives that contain a specific company value by clicking on the hyperlinked value in a high five or using the "Hashtag" filter at the top of the High Fives Dashboard.

  2. Turn on the "Enable hashtags in High Fives" option in High Five feature settings
  3. If you want employees to be able to see a leaderboard on the High Fives Dashboard that shows which company values are trending, enable the High Five "Trending Values" Leaderboard in High Five feature settings.
