Manage actions and discussions I've created for others

If you created an action or discussion for managers in your organization and need to make changes, or simply need to remove it altogether, this article is for you! 15Five makes it easy to edit or delete Actions you've created. This works for Actions created for others one-off or Actions created for others in bulk.

Edit an action or discussion you created

  1. Click Home in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.

  2. Open the 'Manage actions' tab at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the action or discussion you want to edit, then select the Edit option.

  4. Make your desired edits. For information about customization options, please refer to our "Create an action, discussion, or blocker" article.
  5. When you're done, click Enter on your keyboard to save your changes. You'll see a notification on the screen informing you that the Action was updated.

  6. The updated action or discussion will replace the previous item on the owner and impacted person (if one was selected)'s Actions List(s).

Delete an action or discussion you created

One-off In bulk
  1. Click Home in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.

  2. Open the 'Manage actions' tab at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the action or discussion you want to edit, then select the Delete option.

  4. A popup will appear asking you to confirm. Click Delete.

  5. You'll see a notification on the screen confirming that the Action was deleted.
