Generate or improve a High Five using Manager Copilot

Manager Copilot helps you draft or enhance a High Five using 15Five AI. You can create or refine a High Five directly in your Check-in or from the High Fives feed—whichever feels most convenient for your workflow.

Generate a High Five using  AI- Manager Copilot

You can generate or have AI help improve your High Five either on your Check-in, or on the High Five feed. 

To create via your Check-in: 

  1. Click Check-ins in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.

  2. Scroll to the Give a High Five section near the bottom of your Check-in, select Draft High Five.

  3. 15Five AI will generate a High Five based on your responses. Copy the generated message.

  4. Return to your Check-in. @mention the appropriate person, group, or external email address, paste the High Five, and make any edits you’d like.

  5. When you’re done filling out your Check-in, click Submit.

  6. Your High Fives will be sent once the Check-in is submitted. Recipients will be notified, and the High Fives will appear in the High Fives feed (except for private High Fives, which do not appear in the feed).

To submit via the High Five Feed: 

  1. Click on High Fives in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.

  2. See the "Give a High Five" section on the dashboard:

  3. Click Draft High Five to open the Manager Copilot Assistant on the left-hand side of your screen to receive help drafting a new High Five.

  4.  From here, provide answers to the prompted questions.

  5. 15Five AI will generate a high five based on your responses. Copy the response.

  6. Go back to your High Five. @mention the appropriate person, group, or external email address, then paste the generated high five in the text field and make any necessary edits.

  7. Click High Five! to send it.

  8. The recipient(s) will be notified, and the High Five will appear in the feed.

Improve a High Five using AI- Manager Copilot

When crafting a High Five either via your Check-in or on the High Five's dashboard, you have the option to write your initial appreciation in your words, and get feedback from Manager Copilot. 

  1. When you navigate to either your Check-in or High Five dashboard, you will first write your High Five draft:

  2. Select "Improve High Five" to open the Manager Copilot Assistant on the left-hand side of your screen to receive help editing your High Five. 
  3. Copilot will provide suggestions on how to best edit your High Five for impact.

  4. You can choose to select Copy to use the suggested version elect Regenerate for additional suggestions. 

  5. Return to the Give a High Five box either in your Check-in or on the High Five Feed, paste your updated High Five, and make any edits you’d like.
