Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Why isn't a 1-on-1 I scheduled in 15Five appearing on my calendar?

Without a time, 15Five will not instigate a sync and the 1-on-1 won’t show up on your Google Calendar.

Why can't I create recurring 1-on-1s?

It is not possible to set up recurring 1-on-1s in 15Five if you use the Google Calendar integration. If your end goal is to create recurring 1-on-1s, try creating a recurring event in Google Cal event and adding a static 1-on-1 link to your calendar invite, rather than integrating with Google Calendar through 15Five.
