Action Plans in 15Five are strategic plans that HR teams use to organize and measure the work you're doing to improve HR outcomes (employee performance, engagement, and/or retention) in your organization. After you launch an Action Plan, you can monitor the progress of assigned actions and send reminders to employees who may be falling behind, helping to keep the plan on track and drive results.

How to track the progress of an Action Plan 🧑💻
- Click Outcomes Dashboard in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.
- Open the "Action Plans" tab.
- Click on the name of the relevant Action Plan to open its overview page.
- In the "Action plan" section, you'll see all actions that are part of the Action Plan along with their start and due dates. The "Completion progress" section shows the number of managers who have completed the action out of the total number of people assigned the action.
- Expand the completion progress of an action to see how owners are progressing. Individuals who haven't yet completed the action will be displayed in list form. To see who has already completed the task, hover over "X owners have completed their actions."
How to nudge someone to complete an action ✉️
"Nudges" are email reminders that leaders can send to individuals from within 15Five. After following the steps in the section above to access action progress, you can send nudges to people who haven't yet completed an assigned action. You can send nudges to all individuals who haven't completed actions in bulk or to send one-off nudges.
- Click the bell icon at the top of the "Action plan" section.
- Type a personal message to include in the nudge email. When you're done, click Send nudge email.
- The action owners will receive an email reminder like the one below from notifications@15five.com with the subject line "Nudge: remember to complete the following action!"
- Click Nudge to the right of the employee you want to send a reminder to.
- Type a personal message to include in the nudge email. When you're done, click Send nudge email.
