How to access engagement survey results πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»

Use the steps below to access engagement survey results. Account admins can view results for the entire company, while managers can view results for groups they're assigned results access for.

  1. Click Outcomes Dashboard in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.

  3. The results from your most recent engagement campaign appear by default. To view a different campaign, click the campaign name at the top and select your desired campaign from the dropdown menu.

How to view recommended areas for action 🌟

The "Recommended areas for action" section in the Summary tab contains recommendations for Action Plans you can launch to drive meaningful improvements in engagement. To learn about how these recommendations are generated, please refer to the FAQs at the bottom of this article.

  1. Use the filters at the top of the page to view engagement results for specific employee groups or cohorts. Learn more about filtering options.

    Account admins can filter by all groups. Managers can only filter by groups they're assigned results access for.

  2. Scroll to the Recommended areas for action section at the bottom of the page. This section highlights targeted actions, based on key insights from the campaign, that you can use to drive engagement. They are tailored to the specific group or segment being analyzed, ensuring actions are relevant and impactful for that team or department.

  3. Each recommendation contains the predictive impact score, which indicates how much impact the Action Plan can have on overall engagement, target audience, and engagement driver(s) the plan will influence.

How to create an Action Plan πŸ“

Note

Account admins can create Action Plans for anyone in the organization. Managers can create Action Plans for anyone in their hierarchy (e.g. their direct reports, their direct reports' direct reports, and so on).

  1. Click Draft Action Plan.

  2. The creation form will open on the right-hand side of the page. Fill out the following information:
    Target Group

    First, select a Target Group: the cohort you intend to impact with the Action Plan. This field will default to match selected filters, but you can change it if desired.

    Click Add filters to select the exact cohort you want to target. Available filters are:

    • Groups: Target a specific group(s). Groups in this list are organized by Group Type.
    • People: Target specific individuals. All employees in your hierarchy will appear in this list.
    • Demographic Attributes: Target individuals who specific demographic attributes are applied to. Demographic attributes include Tenure, Age, Salary, Gender, Race, and Ethnicity. Learn how to enable and populate demographic attributes.
    • Outcome Segments: Target individuals who fall within a specific performance level (top, mid, bottom, or unmeasured).
    Action Plan Name & Description

    Provide a name and description for your Action Plan. The name you select will be visible to all account admins and owners of actions included in the plan.

    Outcomes you Plan to Impact

    Select which outcomes the Action Plan is intended to impact: Engagement, Performance, and/or Turnover. Learn more about HR Outcomes.

    Metrics

    In the "Metrics" field, select the metrics you want to track in connection to the Action Plan. Once you launch your action, you'll have access to a dashboard containing selected metrics so you can easily measure progress.
