Flagging a Check-in answer for follow-up makes it easy to stay on top of items that require attention. Once you flag a Check-in answer, it appears in the 'Follow-ups' tab of your Check-ins section in 15Five. This tab is only visible to you and allows you to track follow-ups and mark them as complete. In this article, we'll walk through how to access and act on your flagged answers.

How to access and act on flagged answers 🚀
- Click on Check-ins in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation bar.
- Open the on the 'Follow-ups' tab at the top of the page.
- Here, you’ll see a queue of all open (i.e. unresolved) answers you’ve flagged for follow-up.
- Once you successfully addressed an issue, click Resolve.
- At this point, the answer will show as "Resolved" both in the 'Follow-ups' tab and on the Check-in of origin. It will also move to the 'Resolved' tab.
- If desired, you can comment on the Check-in answer to provide more context around the resolution. Comments will be posted directly to the Check-in of origin.
Note
By default, comments are public to anyone who can see the Check-in. However, you can mark a comment as private to your manager by checking the "Private comment to..." box and selecting your manager's name from the dropdown menu.
- You can also take further action on an answer using the ... menu to its right. This menu allows you to pass the answer up to your manager for review, add it to your 1-on-1 agenda with the person who shared it, add it to your wins & challenges section, and share it via email.
