Analyze the results
- In the survey's results overview, you can filter to look for results specific to a person or group, or view a complete summary of the survey in its entirety, including the employee, perspective (employee or manager), date the survey was sent, and status (completed, incomplete, or expired).
- Click on 'view results' to the right of a participant in the survey to quickly see all their submitted responses. You can also filter by response in this drawer.
You will be able to view responses by question, and clicking on an answer bucket on the chart will show you everyone who answered that way in a drawer on the right.
The ability to view and compare this data over time provides key insights into what is working, and allows you to take necessary action. Furthermore, these lifecycle surveys allow for HR leaders to get real-time insights and feedback at key employee milestones, allowing for swift action and prioritization.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Only account admins can view results. Many HR leaders we spoke with expressed concerns that giving managers visibility into their direct reports’ feedback from onboarding and exit surveys might result in less candid responses.
You can view the direct report by searching their name, and a list of surveys they have responded to including about a manager, will show. The list of responses will show a 'Perspective' column, where it will list either 'employee' or 'manager.'
E.g. filtering by Victoria here, all of the “Manager” perspective were for Victoria’s team, and the “Employee” were the ones for Victoria themselves.
