In 15Five, sharing results is a simple but essential step that brings visibility to the right people at the right time. Whether you’re equipping execs with company-wide insights or enabling people managers to take ownership of team engagement, this process ensures everyone has the data they need to make a difference.

How to share results with your team 🧑💻
- Click "Surveys" in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation, then select "Engagement."
- Click View results next to the completed campaign you want to share results in.
- At the top of the Campaign Summary page, click “Release results” in the orange callout banner.
- A sidebar will open with a list of everyone in your organization who has results visibility. If someone has already been given access, a ✅ checkmark will appear next to their name. If not, their name will be unchecked.
- Use the search bar to find the employee with whom you want to share results. Or, use the filter to pull up specific results access levels (full, limited + groups, or limited) or members of specific groups.
- Check the box next to each person you want to give access to. Then, click Save to release results.
