This setting is especially important if your organization uses SSO to manage account membership and has just-in-time (JIT) provisioning enabled, as that setting allows anyone in your organization to create a 15Five account by logging into 15Five via SSO.
How to set a maximum user limit 🧑💻
- Click on the Settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of 15Five.
- Select "Company settings" from the dropdown menu to open the company settings page.
- Expand the "Company details" section.
- Scroll down to the "Maximum number of people" section. From here, select the "Limited" option and enter the number you'd like to cap seats at.
- When you're done, click Save. Your changes will take effect immediately.
