How to log in using Single Sign-On (SSO)

Single Sign-On (SSO) allows users to log in to any number of service providers (such as 15Five) through a single login profile. If SSO is set up in your organization's account, you can access 15Five using the steps below.

  1. Go to your organization's domain URL (subdomain.15five.com).
  2. Click Sign in.

Troubleshooting 🔍

If you're having issues logging into 15Five using Google sign-in, here are some things you can try:

Use your company's sign-in page

If you try to log in at my.15five.com, you'll see an error message that says, "You need to sign in via SAML single sign-on. Please navigate to your company's sign in page." To log in, you'll need to go to your organization's domain URL (subdomain.15five.com).

Confirm your company's subdomain

The subdomain in your login URL (subdomain.15five.com) is used to direct and authenticate your login request. If you can't log in, confirm that you're navigating to the right subdomain.

Make sure you're using the right email address

Make sure the email address you're signing in with matches the email address your 15Five account is registered under (this is likely your work email address).

Confirm that your 15Five account is still active

Reach out to your manager or an admin to confirm that your company's 15Five instance is still active and your individual account is still active. If your individual account was mistakenly deactivated, they can reactivate it for you.
