How to access 15Five for the first time

If you're logging into 15Five for the first time, check your inbox for an email from welcome@15five.com with the subject line, "[Admin name] has invited you to 15Five."

In the invite email, click the Join your team button to begin the onboarding flow.

Troubleshooting 🔍

Don't see an invite email in your inbox? Try the following:

Make sure you're checking the right email account

Make sure you're checking your work email inbox. The inbox you're checking must match the email we have on file for you in 15Five to allow for a successful login

Check your spam folder

Try checking your spam folder for an email from welcome@15five.com.

Contact your manager or an admin

Reach out to your manager or an admin to confirm that you have, in fact, been invited to 15Five. If you haven't been added, they can send you an invitation. Once the invitation is sent, you'll receive an email with a link to activate your account.
