How to share a Check-in answer via email πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»

You can share answers from any Check-in you have permission to view via email using the steps below.

  1. Click Check-ins in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.

  2. Click View Check-in to the right of the Check-in you want to open.

  3. Click on the ... to the right of a comment or answer and select "Share by email" from the dropdown menu.

  4. Complete the fields in the pop-up window, checking the box next to "Include answer comments" if you'd like to include comments provided to the Check-in answer in the email. When you're done, click Send.

Once you click Send, a brief notification will appear on your screen confirming that the email was sent.

Will the person whose answer I share be notified?

No. The person whose answer you shared will not be notified that their answer was shared.

If I share an answer with someone who doesn't have permission to view the person's Check-in, will they receive visibility by default?

No. If the recipient(s) don't have permission to view the full Check-in, they will only see the question, answer, and comments (if you selected the "Include answer comments" option when sending the email).
